Yachay Life’s Weight & Energy Balance Supplement

 

My experience with this product was great!  I recommend this to anyone in need of something to keep down unwanted water weight.  My weight usually goes up and down and varies from week to week between 165 lbs to 175 lbs. I wish I would have gotten pictures of my mid section when I first started taking them but it slipped my mind.  However, I did record my weight throughout the time of me taking them.

I originally began taking these Yachay Life pills at 174 lbs around 3 weeks ago.  Usually, I pick up a few pounds around the middle of the month. Depending on my diet and water consumption I can keep my weight under wraps.  Honestly, I was already looking for a product to help me with stabilizing my weight because nothing is more irritating than buying a new outfit and not looking like I did in it when I bought it.

I have been able to keep off 5-6 lbs to this point and noticed the difference in a week after taking them.  My mid section looks flatter and my weight has not exceeded 169 lbs. I even noticed that my feet felt less achy after work  and less cold in the middle of the night.  I usually have to wear socks when I go to bed at night but the last few days I felt less cold.  I did read the label when I received the bottle but I didn’t begin to understand the effects until I did my research.

These dietary supplements are a blend of White Kidney Bean, Stinging Nettle Leaf, Green Coffee and Green Tea.  The White Kidney Bean and Stinging Nettle aid in weight balance while the Green Tea and Green Coffee aid in energy.  I truly think these ingredients work well together in the sense that they seem to regulate and help one another work.
