Health Finds: SBR Nutrition’s Liquid Supplements

I was recently able to try SBR Nutrition‘s Liquid Supplements.  I had never tried supplements in liquid form before.  I am so used to seeing vitamins being sold in pill and powder form that it almost came as a surprise how well these taste.  When I think of the words supplement and vitamin I instantly think of the weird after taste associated with them.

SBR Nutrition Heran Park

I was gifted their Vitamin B-12, the Hydration formula and the Biotin liquid supplements.  I was expecting them all to have a strange after taste but SBR found a way to eliminate that.  The Biotin and B-12 supplements have a very light natural vanilla and cherry flavor. I was impressed by that because most flavored supplements usually taste artificially forced.

The main advantage of taking a liquid supplement is that they dissolve into your system faster.  I am pretty familiar with the Biotin and Vitamin B-12 so I decided to focus on SBR Nutrition’s Hydration Formula. Since this is a beauty blog, initially I wanted to talk about Biotin but after researching the ingredients it became apparent that the hydration formula is well worth the conversation.  I found it to be interesting because it isn’t a basic vitamin formula.

The Hydration Formula description:

Ingredients: Shilajit, Lycium Barbarum (Goji Berry) Extract, Organic Aloe Vera (Leaf), Purified Water, Organic Grape Alcohol

SBR Nutrition brings you a premium quality hydration formula with fulvic acid, humic acid, over 74 trace colloidal ionic minerals, electrolytes, amino acids, B vitamins, an array of enzymes and unique polysaccharides.

I found this formula effective. It definitely made me feel good throughout my work day while adding the drops to my water.  Staying hydrated is a very important part of having healthy skin and having a healthy functioning body.  It’s one of those Beauty Tips that I feel gets overlooked but should be talked about more.

  1. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very web smart so I’m not 100 sure. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    1. I don’t know if this will be the right path for you but I started for free with WORDPRESS.com and then transferred over to .org through SITEGROUND. I love SITEGROUND and they have great prices reasonable prices to me compared to other blog hosts. You can buy your domain name directly through them as well. They have different packages to choose from as well. The prices go up depending on storage and features. The layout that you see here on my blog is actually free but there are others that you can pay for. If I were you, I’d definitely research to see which of these hosts you’d be most comfortable starting out with.
